One of the most complete event calendars for Boise is the one published by Boise Weekly. KTVB.com also has their calendar of community events that is updated regularly, and the KTSY community calendar is great to watch for family friendly concerts and free park events.

IDAHO SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL
The Idaho Shakespeare Festival is a real treat. Catch very professional plays and musical productions in this unique outdoor theater. You can even bring a bottle of wine and a low back chair, or spread a blanket for a classy picnic!

IDAHO BOTANICAL GARDEN
The Idaho Botanical Gardens are set in a gorgeous location with a view of the night-lit cross on Table Rock. The Botanical Gardens have a regular concert series during the summer with big names. You can pack a blanket or low back chairs for a special evening under the stars.
